The Episode begins Rohan conversing with Shaheen. The specialist checks Shaheen. Rohan says all on account of Dr Roshni, I need to express gratitude toward her, would I be able to meet her. The specialist requests that he meet Roshni when she comes tomorrow on obligation. He gets Roshni's call and says patient got cognizant. Roshni requests that he keep followup. Rohan converses with Roshni and expresses gratitude toward her, saying she has spared Shaheen. Roshni says Lord needs to make somebody a mode, your adoration is genuine, take rest. Rohan says thanks to her and cries. Sameer grins reviewing Roshni.
Roshni calls Sameer and tells that Shaheen got cognizant and is fine. She gets some information about his father. He says he is fine and applauds you, you are on each news channel. She says I felt you are aggravating individual and great specialist. He chuckles. They have a discussion. Its morning, Vasundara comes to know Kishore has cleared out. Sameer cooks for his father and makes him have the nourishment. His father says he welcomed somebody. Roshni comes and welcomes Sameer. She wishes him glad birthday. Sameer says thanks to her and says however I.. She says I know you don't commend, that is the reason I m here, birthday implies new life and fresh start. She gets a cake for him. His father plays violin and Sameer cuts the cake. They celebrate.
Rajat comes to Vasundara and says Roshni went in her companion's birthday. He requests that her join Leela. Vasundara asks whats the need. He requests that her join as board part, its devil meeting tomorrow. She says no, don't drag me in gatherings, I will join after your marriage. He says it will get late. She says I need to meet Mona and converse with her. He says beyond any doubt, I will go on your message. Sameer informs Roshni regarding his mum abandoning him and after that he never commended his birthday. She says regardless you have your father, to dispose of terrible recollections, you need to gain great experiences. Sameer grins.
Its morning, Mahesh calls Anand and says Mona's spouse needs separate soon and is prepared for out of court settlement. Anand gets happy. Mona comes to Leela healing facility and Malhotra reminds her about Pinto. She says I overlooked. He approaches should I assemble him for conference today. She says fine, I will meet after lunch. Malhotra grins.
Rajat conveys Roshni to her new lodge and astounds her. She says I cherish it and expresses gratitude toward him. He says you merit this. She conversed with Raghunandan. She says I feel I m advancing. He says yes, this is simply starting. She says we need to proceed.

Sameer contends with Mona in executive meeting and says he chose Roshni will lead new specialists. Mona tells Rajat that Roshni's choice can influence the doctor's facility. Mona calls it enough.
